Assistant Pastor, Rev. Rosemarie Brown

Assistant Pastor, Rev. Rosemarie Brown, at Van Nest Assembly of God, grew up in the Bronx with Van Nest Assembly as her home church. From an early age she yielded to the call of God and worked closely with her uncle, Rev. Dominick Tuminaro, former pastor of the church.

Pastor Rosemarie received her Bible training at Northeast Bible College ( now Valley Forge Christian College ). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York and a Master of Science degree in Education from Lehman College in New York City. For a number of years, Pastor Rosemarie also taught elementary school for the New York City Board of Education.

Rosemarie has served the body of Christ for over 30 years as a Bible teacher, evangelist, conference and seminar speaker. She has become distinguished as an anointed Bible teacher with keen insight into biblical principles, bringing to her audiences a message of hope and restoration.

Rev. Rosemarie is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and joined the pastoral staff at Van Nest in 2003. She serves as director of the Berean Bible School which meets here at Van Nest Assembly of God and also is one of its instructors.

Rev. Rosemarie Tuminaro Brown is the author of the book, The Cry God Answers that deals with the subject of restoration through intercession.
